All players must have both white and green jerseys

Cost Breakdown:

• Jersey Set (Home & Away): $250.00 ($125.00 each)
• Pant Shell: $50.00 - optional
• Knit Socks: $20.00 - optional

Returning players may use their prior years jerseys

Any new numbers or changes need to be approved

New players must purchase both jerseys
